Booking a Walking Tour
To register your interest in booking a walking tour with Via Walking, please contact us either by email or phone.
In order to confirm your booking we require a deposit of AUD$ 500 per person. The balance of monies is then due 90 days prior to starting the walk. To ensure your funds are totally protected your payment goes directly to our licensed Travel Agent partner Neptune Tourist and Travel Bureau (licence no.30055) located at 698 Sydney Road Brunswick. We would personally recommend the director of Neptune Travel, Tom Gentiluomo for any of your travel requirements to and from Italy.
The next steps
Once your booking and payment has been received we will send out a confirmation & receipt within 5 working days. This letter will also include a hard copy of our terms and conditions. Please sign and return this document to us within a further 5 working days
Note: All Via Walking participants must have travel insurance. With your final payment we will ask you to provide us with your travel insurer’s name, policy number & 24 hour emergency contact.
Cancellation Policy
Depending when we receive your cancellation notice, the following scale of payment applies:
- More than 90 days before departure - $200 per person
- 90 to 31 days before departure - 50% of the walk cost per person
- 31 to 0 days before departure - 100% of the walk cost per person
We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Refund Policy
No refunds are given for unused hotel rooms, meals, walks. Credits are not given if you have chosen not to use the services on offer.
