How to book a Guided Walking Tour of Tuscany

Once you have decided to walk in Tuscany, we encourage you to call Via Walking to discuss the options on seasons and location that best suit your interests. Then follow the steps below:

Step 1 Chose your preferred walk from the options available.

Step 2 Complete our web booking form or alternatively, email us your preferences and details as requested in the booking form.

Step 3 We will check availability and reply to you within three working days.

Step 4 You need to confirm your booking within five working days. Your confirmation will be the receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $300 per person paid to:

Step 5 We will send you the Via Walking Guided Walk Pack including daily track notes to enable you to start organising your travel around the walk.

Step 6 If the walk commences within 90 days, full payment is required within 5 working days of confirmation of the booking.

Step 7 If you have booked earlier than 90 days, we will remind you 5 days before, that the 90 day balance of payment is falling due.

Notes

• It is a condition of your booking with Via Walking that travel insurance including travel cancelation is purchased.
• Quantity discounts for five or more are available. Call to discuss.
• If you have to cancel for any reason at all, the following cancellation schedule applies. Depending on when we receive your cancellation notice (in writing or email), the following scale of payments apply:
• More than 90 days before departure - $300 per person (no refund of deposit)
• 90 to 31 days before departure – 70% of the cost of the tour per person
• 31 to 0 days before departure – 100% of the cost of the tour per person
• No refunds are given for unused hotel rooms, meals, and walks. Credits are not given if you chose not to use any of the services included in the detailed itinerary.
